Community Privacy Policy

Information we handle
We handle account identifiers and contact information, profile details and photos, community posts, messages, prayer participation, groups, events, serving activity, assessments, giving-related status, device tokens, and operational security records when members use the Community service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide authenticated community features, coordinate church life, deliver requested communications, safeguard members, moderate content, support the service, and meet applicable administrative or legal responsibilities. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party behavioral advertising.
Service providers
Carefully selected infrastructure, authentication, hosting, storage, email, and push-notification providers process information on our behalf under appropriate protections. Access is limited to what is needed to operate the service.
Sensitive and youth information
Prayer, pastoral, religious, giving, and youth information requires special care. Access is role-limited, and youth participation is subject to the service's parental-consent and safeguarding controls.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to text messages, we use your mobile number only to send the communications you requested, such as service reminders, event announcements, and care follow-ups. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.
Retention and deletion
Community information is retained while an account is active and only as long as needed afterward. Members may initiate account deletion in Profile. Limited church-administration, safeguarding, security, financial, or legal records may be retained when there is a legitimate obligation to do so.
