Community Terms of Use

A community of care
Use the service in a way that protects the dignity, privacy, safety, and belonging of every person. Content may be visible to other authenticated members and should be shared with appropriate care.
Prohibited content and behavior
Do not post harassment, threats, bullying, hate, sexual or exploitative content, unlawful material, dangerous instructions, impersonation, spam, privacy violations, or content that infringes another person's rights. Do not use private prayer or pastoral information to shame, expose, or target anyone. Child sexual abuse and exploitation, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of minors, and sharing or soliciting child sexual abuse material are strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.
Reporting, blocking, and moderation
Members may report content or people and block abusive contact. Authorized moderators may review reports, remove content, limit features, suspend access, or preserve necessary evidence to protect the community and meet legal duties.
Your content
You remain responsible for content you submit and confirm that you have the right to share it. You permit the service to store and display that content only as needed to provide community functionality.
Accounts and deletion
Keep account credentials secure and use only your own identity. You may initiate deletion from Profile. Some independently required church, safeguarding, financial, security, or legal records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.
Text messaging (SMS) program
With your consent, Lineage Church sends text messages with service reminders, event announcements, and care follow-ups to members and visitors who opt in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for help, or contact members@lineage.us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
